Paul adds value to any contract at the beginning. With his wealth of experience, he is able to accurately turn drawings into a competitive bid. Trained as a Quantity Surveyor, he has also worked in Design and Build, small works and major contracting. When he isn’t crunching numbers at Arque he officiates at amateur boxing matches in the West Country.
